If you have not yet received a password or have forgotten it:

  1. On the login screen, click on the link that says "Get Help"

  2. On the next screen enter your user name if you have it and click Reset your password.
If you have forgotten your Username then enter your email address in the email field.

  3. An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to the account that is linked to your user. Clicking on the link will take you to a password reset page.

The email in your email in box will come from Ploud Administrator

  4. Once you have reset your password, go to the Staff Login button at the bottom of the page to log in using your new credentials.
