Get Help - Enter a ticket (Ploud6)

You can enter a support ticket directly from your website. Always include the URL/Domain Name of your website. Include as much information as you can to aid in identifying the issue. When reporting on issues make sure to give the URL of the page not a title or just a description of an image on a page. Screenshots are also encouraged. 


We supply a large knowledge base containing articles with step by step instructions including screenshots.


Let's get started and enter a support ticket


  1. Login to your website
  2. From the Main Tools navigation, select your login name at the bottom of the menu

  3. Next, select Get Help 

  4. On the following page you have the option to either fill out the form and submit it or search the knowledge-base for the answer you are looking for by selecting the Search Articles tab

  5. Once the form is filled out, select Send request.

  6. A ticket will be created within the support ticket system and a support tech will respond as soon as possible.
